Himlung Himal is one of the 7,000-meter peaks in Nepal, comparatively easy peak to climb among 7000m. The mountain is close to the Nepal-Tibet border, it is situated between the Mt. Manaslu and Mt. Annapurna ranges.
On the road to Himlung Himal, there are a couple of Tibetan historic settlements called Nar and Phu that are worth exploring. Three high camps are planned to reach the summit: Camp 1 at 5,450m, Camp 2 at 6,000m, and Camp 3 at 6,350m. The Base Camp is typically located at an elevation of 4,900m.
