Terms & ConditionsUMN offers a wide range of activities including trekking, peak climbing, mountaineering expedition, and tour services through its website (unlimitedmountiansnepal.com).
These terms & conditions consist of legal obligations as per the law of Nepal therefore, we encourage you to read them carefully.
Inquire, Booking & Payment Details1. Clients can request more about their desired trip through the “Enquire Now” form available on each trip detail page, the company will usually reply to you within 24 hours with the best possible answer, and the rest of the communication will be through our official email info(@)unlimitedmountainsnepal.com2. To secure the trip confirmation of the booking, the client needs to make a non-refundable deposit prior to the departure date (the deposit amount required to pay will notify you through our email because it depends on the season and the nature of the trip you have chosen)3. Non-refundable deposits can be made via wire transfer to our bank account. Or any payment method that is convenient for you. For our banking details, please see the Bank Details section.4. The service charge made by the bank or payment gateway service provider during the money transfer whether that is a wire transfer or credit card used will be your liability.5. The rest amount of the trip needs to pay upon the client’s arrival in Kathmandu before the departure date.6. If the client is not able to pay the due amount before trip departure will be treated as the cancellation of the trip.9. Unforeseen/Unavoidable situations like domestic flight delay, bad weather, and natural disaster causing trip delay is not our responsibilities, and additions personal expenses will not be covered by UMN.
Payment Refunds & Cancellations1. If the trip is canceled 40 days before the trip begins, 50% of the deposited amount will be charged/capped, but if the trip is postponed for some other dates within 1 year time period, no charge will be made.2. If the trip is canceled two weeks from the departure date, No refund will be made.3. If the client is not able to continue the trip once it began because of personal reasons, health, or another other situation, no refund will be made.4. Trip cancellation because of unforeseen/unavoidable situation like bad weather, we will assist you to follow other trips because most of the thing required for the trip has already been organized (purchased) and making a refund for such thing is not possible therefore by mutual understanding between client and company can help to waive a certain percentage of the amount to be refunded.
Insurance (Field Staff)1. The company is responsible to make proper insurance (accident and medical insurance) for all the field staff including the guide, cook, Sherpa, kitchen staff, and porters.2. The company is not responsible for any type of insurance for the clients, therefore, we would like to suggest you make proper insurance before you travel in your own country. Disclaimer1. The leader or guide assigned by the company has full rights to make the decision on changing the trip route, and walking hours to make the trip comfortable and secure because of bad weather, and health-related issues.2. Unlimited Mountains Nepal can cancel any fixed departure but we will notify you prior to one month. The cancellation of the trip can be because of bad weather, natural disaster, or insufficient group size, all the deposit will be refunded in this particular case.3. During the trip, It is your responsibility to take care of your valuable belongings in a safe place if anything went wrong because of your carelessness, The company is not taking any responsibility for such losses.4. Adventure activities like trekking, peak climbing, and mountaineering in remote areas could have a high level of risk, if anything goes wrong like serious injuries or death (very rare case), the company is not responsible which is beyond anyone’s hands.
Bank Details:
